Hello Old Friend. IT has been a while, and after this entry, it probably will be even longer.

So a reason for me not to be on here other than being done with it is that my school actually found this lj and another one of mine and felt as though they had the right to send it to my current coach. yup. talk about a fun convo when i was confronted with that.

and carrying on....

I have NCRC (crew championships) in Vancouver this weekend. it starts at 7:30, but i wont be racing till 9:30 ish. i am in 3 races and would love if any of you oregonians (or ppl who still might read this) comes to see me.

i feel horrid about not keeping in touch with any of you, and i hope that you are enjoying these final weeks of college and hopefully this summer i can make up for lost time with you all.

TRying to sell my uncle's car...

Aug. 2nd, 2007 | 02:00 pm

1992 Aerostar - excellent condition, ps, pw, pb, air, fully loaded, original owner
$2,800 85,000 mi. seats 7, 20+ mpg
if your interested call 503-646-1582 and ask for Erik.

if you guys know anyone who is interested in buying a first car or something, see if they'd be interested. If i help my uncle sell this, he's giving me 10% and considering i'm low on cash...money=a good thing. and considering the condition of this thing, its a total bargain. so call if you want it!

and if you don't want that one. then theres always that lovely 1998 black mazda all-sport mini van of mine. 76,000 miles. seats 7. has everything but a radio. going for 4,000 but maybe cheaper if you're good at argueing.

the end.

Yesterday consisted of random trails, unhealthy food and friends. God i'm going to miss times like that. I'm really hoping I can come across a group like the one i have right now in college. They're like my second family...just without any drama or problems. *sigh*

And Sean, they all approve of you...so feel special <3

This morning i went to work and no one was in the outside pool. Thus i didn't have to do much. I taught one of the new guards how to steal energy drinks from the front desk, and then every 45 min we played Pairs with the indoor guards. Pairs is an overly brutal version of Water polo. Its two against Two and you try to score on the other team...just there are no restrictions to what you can do to the other team whilst trying to score. Chaos chaos chaos. I felt sry for Tommy and Peter, cause they havent played much...thus we massacred them. 10-4 :D

Now to vaccum, wash and get all the stains out of my car.
if any of you ppl (or your friends) are looking for a sports van, my rents are looking to selling it around 3,500. They're pretty set on getting rid of it now...so meh.

We'd like to think we give "safety day" a new meaning.

Gotta love Peter Fey in all his glory.

Freedom of Expression. It has now become our favorite "Get out of jail free" card.

music: It's Coming To Get You-YACHT

Yesterday was easily the best 4th of July i have ever had.
Pop-it Wars
Gorging on unhealthy stuff
Sprints down the river
Digging holes/burying people
Making a bonfire without cheating
Play Structures and fields
and then stargazing.

This afternoon was fun too. And so should have my night, but i got grounded.
Grrr. And today's grounding will follow through to tomoro :(
I need to learn how to clean my room/not be rude to the parental units i guess.

Oh, and even more "great news." My phone got taken away. I went over on minutes (the whole 150) lol. So if any of you want to reach me, call the home phone.

So past couple days have been very joyous.
Sauvies is my new favorite place to be. actually beyond favorite.....

i would drive there again, but most likely, after this week i will not have my car. Father has decided he is selling it now instead of at the end of August. "oh joy" (not)

oh, and sean....
remember it nxt time :p

well ya. once again, definitly enjoying my summer. but why must the thoughts of college ruin that enjoyment?
